Consolidating the brand's online presence - When pitching Related companies in 2009, they had over one hundred websites, and hardly any connected to one another. Imagine what it took to maintain them...We sold them on a "one architecture, one brand" approach by rallying the various portfolios such as rentals and sales under one umbrella. We delivered a design system that would be easy for them to maintain and grow with. This opened the door for a better search and search results across the various properties available within the portfolios. We shot videos for each building and their respective neighborhoods to give prospects a sense of the Living with Related experience. Related.com was the first real estate website where the entire leasing application process could be completed online.A resident portal was created to enhance communication with the buildings staff, for booking amenities and service requests. Related residents pay a premium for these services, they expect the best.Finally, we brought the company's corporate website under the umbrella as well, as it gave prospects a great sense of the scope of Related's endeavors.Role: Creative Director
